How do rent payments work?
Your tenant pays directly and electronically into a FDIC Trust Account with an established financial institution.
Over 80% of the tenants under our management pay their rent electronically through their portal account. Once the funds are cleared, we direct deposit the rent of the current month, less our monthly management fee and any other expenses, into the bank account designated by you.
