What Guarantees Do You Offer?
Two guarantees are built into our management plans: the Rented in 30 Days Guarantee and Steady Eviction Protection. Both sit on top of the Neighborly Done Right Promise that every Real Property Management office stands behind.
The Rented in 30 Days Guarantee
Included on our Gold and Platinum plans. It commits us to a timeline on the part of the process owners worry about most, which is how long the property sits empty. Vacancy is the single most expensive thing that can happen to a rental. The specific terms and what they cover are set out in your management agreement, and we will walk you through them before you sign.
Steady Eviction Protection
This is designed to shield you from the legal costs of an eviction if a tenancy goes wrong. It is included on Gold and Platinum, and available on the Silver plan for an additional $50 per month. Coverage details vary by package. The goal is straightforward: keep a bad tenancy from turning into an open-ended legal bill.
It works alongside how we handle non-payment generally. We enforce the lease strictly but professionally, and we serve all required notices in compliance with Oregon law.

Real Property Management is a Neighborly company, and every office operates under the Neighborly Done Right Promise. It is the commitment that the work gets done right the first time, backed by the systems and training of a national brand rather than by a handshake.
The guarantee behind the fee structure itself
There is one more protection that is easy to overlook because it is built into how we charge. Our management fee is a percentage of rent actually collected. If your property is vacant and earning nothing, we are not charging a management percentage on it. Our incentive and yours point the same direction from the first day.
