How Do I Pay Rent?
Pay online through your tenant account. It is the fastest, most secure, and most accurate way to pay, and it gives you a timestamped record that your rent arrived on time.
Paying online, step by step
- Go to the tenant resources page and click Tenant Login.
- Sign in with the email address you gave us during the leasing process.
- Follow the prompts to make a single payment, or set up a recurring payment.
Every resident who signs a lease with us gets an online account, so you already have one.
Set up recurring payments
This is the single best thing you can do to protect yourself from a late fee. Once a recurring payment is scheduled, rent goes out on the same day every month without you having to remember it. You can change or cancel the schedule from the same screen.
Logging in for the first time
Click Tenant Login and follow the prompts, using the email address and rental property address you provided during leasing. Your login information is emailed to you. If it does not arrive or the address on file is wrong, call the office at (971) 270-2600 and we will get you sorted.
What your tenant account also does
The same login handles more than rent:
- Submit maintenance and repair requests
- Give notice to vacate
- Reach your lease, forms, and checklists
- Apply for a different rental property
- Message the Real Property Management team
If your rent is going to be late
Call us before the due date rather than after. Your rent due date, grace period, and late fee are set out in your lease, and those terms apply as written. Telling us early does not change the lease, but it does let us work with you rather than react, and it keeps a solvable problem from becoming a formal notice.
